This guide will explain how to install Lucky Block Spiral Mod for Minecraft 1.8.9 and older versions. All download links can be find below.

This addon supports minecraft 1.8 and also 1.8.9, and requires the following mods:

– Lucky Blocks version 7.0.1 or higher (or 7.0.2 for 1.8.9)

– Loot++ version 1.6 or higher

Lucky Block Mod Installation

  1. Download and install .
  2. Download the Lucky Block Mod
  3. Open the Mods folder for that go in Start and Run : %appdata%\.minecraft/mods .

There are normal spiral blocks, as well as “lucky” and “unlucky” structures.

If you want to get rid of or modify the world generation, go into the zipped addon and look in the config/world_gen/surface.txt file. To see what all of those options mean, look in the Loot++ config, in your config folder at Loot++/world_gen.cfg.

You can delete the surface.txt file if you don’t want any world gen at all.

  • Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge , and .
  • Locate the minecraft application folder.
    • On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
    • On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
  • Go to .minecraft/addons/lucky_block folder.
  • Drop this addon there and already done.

Note:

In the current version of lucky blocks, you can’t get the super lucky or super unlucky blocks for the modded lucky blocks in the creative menu. To get super lucky and unlucky blocks, you can run the commands:

Super Lucky:

/give @p lucky:lucky_block_spiral 1 0 {Luck:80}

Super Unlucky:

/give @p lucky:lucky_block_spiral 1 0 {Luck:-80}

and if you want to get a bunch without running a command a bunch of times, you can increase that 1 in the middle of the command up to 64.
